This policy explains what information Zillion Digital Technologies Private Limited (“Zillion,” “we,” “us”) collects through heyzillion.com, why we collect it, and how it's handled. It's written to describe what this site actually does — not boilerplate copied from somewhere else.
What we collect
We only collect personal information when you choose to give it to us. That happens in two places on this site:
- The “Start a Project” form — your full name, mobile number, email address, and any project details you write in.
- The Zillion AI assistant — if you chat or speak with it and choose to share your contact details, we collect the same fields (name, email, mobile, and your request). The conversation text itself is also processed to generate a response — see “Third-party services” below.
We don't use advertising trackers, and we don't currently run analytics software on this site. If that changes, we'll update this policy.
How we use it
Solely to respond to your enquiry, understand what you're looking to build, and follow up about working together. We don't sell, rent, or trade your personal information to anyone.
Where it's stored
Form and assistant submissions are sent securely to a Google Sheets–based system we use internally to track enquiries, and a notification is emailed to our team at hello@heyzillion.com. Access is limited to the people at Zillion who follow up on new enquiries.
Third-party services
A few outside services are involved in running this site and its AI assistant. Each only sees what's necessary to do its job:
- Google Fonts (fonts.googleapis.com, fonts.gstatic.com) — loads the typefaces used on this site. Google may log standard request data such as your IP address; see Google's Privacy Policy.
- Netlify — our website hosting provider, which keeps standard server access logs to keep the site running and secure.
- Anthropic (Claude) — powers the Zillion AI assistant. If you use the assistant, the text of your conversation is sent to Anthropic's API to generate a reply; see Anthropic's Privacy Policy.
Cookies
heyzillion.com does not set cookies for advertising or third-party analytics tracking. The services above may set minimal technical cookies required to load fonts or serve the site reliably. We'll update this section if that changes.
Data retention
We keep enquiry information only as long as it's useful for following up with you and for our own business records, and delete it on request.
Your rights
Under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023, and as good practice more generally, you can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal data we hold about you at any time. Email hello@heyzillion.com and we'll take care of it.
Children's privacy
This site isn't directed at children, and we don't knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
Changes to this policy
If how we handle data changes, we'll update this page and the “Last updated” date at the top.
